Freeze for translatable strings

Jean-Philippe, do you plan a freeze for the translatable strings (in lang/en.yml) a couple of days before the 0.7 release so there will be a chance to have a complete translation?

This time, there will be a 0.7-RC before the 0.7 release.
I won't add any translation strings after the RC and before the 0.7 so you'll be able to submit your final translations based on the 0.7-RC strings.
