Why the 0.9.5 is delayed?

May I ask why?
Did something happen? Or just because those issues are difficult?

It seems like that there was no activity of Jean-Philippe Lang for several days.

Yes, I haven't seen activity by him in 3 weeks. I hope the guy's okay. I'll be educating myself in Ruby at some point, so hopefully I'll be able to contribute in future, but in the meantime, I'm only a mere end user. How many other devs are there who work on Redmine?

But as it stands, the current version is excellent anyway, so I'm in no rush. :)
