Migrate from TRAC + OTRS to redmine

Hi,

we want to migrate from TRAC and OTRS to redmine. The migrate of TRAC is no problem, we also can migrate all data from the OTRS. But we need redmine to reply to a customer, to add an internal note and we need autoresponder for new cases.

Do you think, this feature request could be done within some weeks? Do you know someone who would code it for some money?

There is a commercial solution: http://plan.io/de/ - but the "CRM" plugin is beta yet.
Did you find any other solution to reply to a customer?

Hi, how did you migrate from otrs to trac? we're interested in doing it but I can't find any information on how to do it. Any help will be appreciated.

As a replacement for ORTS can we recommand the plugin helpdesk it is simple but i make our live easier.
