I have implemented a integration to Eclipse EMF where models based on EMF could be written out as Redmine Wiki (and vice versa). I am not sure if you are looking to implement something in these lines.

Hi Nirmal,
your implementation sounds very interesting to me.
At the University we work with Jabox, an Open Source Application Lifecycle Management Platform. I think it's not possible to integrate EMF in Jabox technically. But if I would have the chance to transform EMF models in Redmine (can be integrated in Jabox) and vice versa, EMF could be a part of an ALM process based on Jabox in a roundabout way.
So I would be very happy, if you could give me some details about your implementation.
Thank you.
Regards
