What are some changes you made?

So I am currently implementing Redmine into our IT Bubble and I am finished with the upgrade/installation and have all of our information in there and configured...what to do now?

Not really looking for plugins per sa...none of those really look like something we would need/use. Looking for any good modifications that you have done more with settings :).
