My Ubuntu 10.10 with Redmine ( trunk ) and Mercurial setup script

I'm currently working on a set of instructions on setting up Redmine ( trunk ) on a Ubuntu 10.10 server with support for Mercurial. It's a mashup of lots of other instructions that are scattered around.
Right now it is a work in progress as I finish off everything and then restest it again in a vm but I'd like to welcome in any feedback
