How to development

I am Redmine user.I want to development it.Now I am learning ruby on rails.How can I develop it? How to learn for development. Please give me advice. Thank a lot.

There are tutorials in the wiki, use them. If you have specific questions, there will probably be someone to help you, but you won't probably get generic help like the one you are looking for.
