Modify issues forms

Hello,

I have just set up the Web RedMine application with CentOS.
Everything is installed and everything works very well.
I have nevertheless one concerns on the display of the issues. I would like modify their presentation. The order of display of fields, their arrangement, groupings...
After numerous researches, I was not able to find of Forum or help(assistant) to this subject. Could you help me or guide me?

Sure you can, by changing the code of "_attributes.rhtml" under the folder of "\redmin\app\views\issues\". Please email to me if you need my help.
