Redmine

Hey guys,

Is there anyway that you know of to easily gather information about tickets.

I am looking to create a chart with open/closed tickets and another for % of open/closed for certain authors. The easiest way I can think to do it is to connect it to the Google API by using the DB that redmine uses internally. Is there an easy way to do this without too much trouble? Or is there another way that someone has come up with to create "Reports" so to speak?
