Can Redmine be used to monitor server build timelines?

My manager has asked for a simple dashboard that shows the progress of multiple server build and delivery projects. The requirements are that there be a section for each project, and green/yellow/red status for each stage of the build. If any particular item is overdue or hanging up the progress of the build process, it should be highlighted in yellow or red.

Could Redmine be easily customized to create this kind of output? Is there a way to get a birds-eye view of all projects at once?

There is a Hudson plugin, but I don't know it.
