Cpanel Now Requires Rails 2.3.12

The install doc says rails 2.3.11 required. Is this still true?

I am afraid 'yes' coz I am trying to install redmine to 2.3.12 rails and its not work.
Anyway, if redmine works with 2.3.12 its great.
Please, reply if it works or not for you.
