Can Redmine execute system commands or operate other systems through their API?

Hi,

I want to execute system commands or operate other system through their API, when tickets are created / changed.
Does Redmine has such feature?

Well, you could write a plugin that does exactly that.
You could also simply use the RSS feed to pull changes to your app (or some kind of middleware). There's also a Redmine REST API which should cover your needs.

There are many options, the best fit depends on your specific requirements.
