Redmine

I need instructions on setting up a web server application such as Apache Tomcat or nginx. I'd prefer to not use Apache Tomcat as I am already using it for something else on the server, I'd rather keep Redmine and my other application separate. I'm using Windows XP. I am having a real hard time finding instructions to setup Redmine in a web server application in my Internet searching.

The Redmine instructions says to not use webrix and to use one of the "many" wiki's instructions on setting up Redmine in a web server application, but the only one I can find is in french. :) I started translating it to English then I thought there must be a better way.
