Creating svn repository with reposman in Redmine 1.2.1

I have tried configuring the creation of the repository of my projects in redmine automatically by reposman. But whenever I execute the command: ./reposman.rb - redmine https://my ip -svn-dir /var/svn -owner apache -url https://my ip/svn/ -key='6g3zunEB5k1V9xq9E3vm'. I get the following message:

querying Redmine for projects ...
Unable to connect to ip https://my ip/sys/: 743: unexpected token at '

How do I fix this?
