Redmine

I'm trying to work with redmine and apache together. However I get the following error:

ruben@xxx:/etc$ sudo service apache2 restart * Restarting web server apache2 Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/apache2/conf.d/redmine:
Invalid command 'RailsEnv', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

Looking at the file /etc/apache2/conf.d/redmine:

ruben@xxx:/etc/apache2/conf.d$ more redmine
RailsEnv production
RailsBaseURI /redmine

What is the problem?
