Redmine - Plugin instalation - [how to restart redmine]

I have followed this step to install plugin in newly installed redmine .

I have simply installed redmine by following : http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall
(I do not use passenger/mongrel)

please let me know how to restart redmine

just restart the server that is running redmine.
if redmine is started by 

ruby script/rails server webrick -e production
just press ctrl-C to stop it and are ready execute this command again to start redmine
