Need to Change the Top Headers Names For Issues and New Issue

I would like to change the tab menus. Right now it is Overview, Activity, Issues, New Issues, Calendar, News, Documents, Wiki, Files and Settings.

I would like to change two of them. Change New Issues to New Programs. Change Issues to New Issues. I would like this to change on all individual projects.

I am running Redmine 2.0.3 stable, Ruby Version 1.8.7 (i386-mingw32), Rails version 3.2.6, Environment is production and database adapter MySql. This is an Bitnami installation.
