Targeted date for Redmine 0.8.1 and 0.9

What is the targeted release date for Redmine 0.8.1 and mainly 0.9? I really need the user group feature to provide restricted access to my customers.

These dates are not yet known.
But you can provide restricted access using private projects.

The private projects feature does not fit my requirements because I would like to select which issues are viewable for each customer.

This would be a useful aspect for me as well, I use redmine in games development.
I have beta testers in which I'd like to provide access to the main project to the testers, but not allow them to see anything but the issue list and only tester group or tester submitted issues.

seems like there's no "edit" here, however, I would like to point out I'm not attempting to be demanding, I greatly appreciate all the work you have put into this project, this is by far the best project management application myself and my team have ever used, we have a very broad comparison as well ranging from bugzilla to trac, to ms project to privately developed applications, this just tops them all, excellent work.
