Lost password feature appears to not work

I tried to recover my password. It says my email id doesn't exist but when I try to register with that email id, it says it is in use. So I created another id. I would like to only have one id.

What exactly do you mean? Do you mean redmine.org, or your own instance of redmine?
If you have access to the database used by your redmine instance, you can manually reset the password in the database.

I should have specified that in the description. The discussion is about redmine.org.

I cannot retrieve the email for digitalrinaldo. I tried all my email addresses.
