Best way to upgrade from v1.3.3 to v2.2.0 ?

Hi all,

I would like to upgrade my redmine installation from 1.3.3 to the latest. Do I need to upgrade in steps:

1.3.3 -> 1.4.5
1.4.5 -> 2.1.5
2.1.5 -> 2.2.0 ?

Or is there a direct route?

Take care of plugins. They have different versions for 1.3.x, 1.4.x and 2.x.x
You may step from 1.4.5 to 2.2.0 without going to 2.1.5.
