if u find a bug,you create a patch issue? so patch = bug(or defect)?
if you need a small modify,it's a feature or a patch?

You install redmine on your own server and you can decide yourself how to configure and use it.
Here on redmine.org, they are called Defect, Feature and Patch.
If you find errors in redmine, you create a Defect.
If you can program and fix the error, you file a Patch. A Patch is machine-readable code.
If you don't know the difference between a bug and a patch, you probably aren't sufficiently computer-literate to file either of them. If you think redmine is missing an important feature, you file a Feature request.
