A couple of "how to" questions

Pretty new to redmine.

I like the All Activity Report - is there a way to other it other than by date ?
So as a manager I can sort by person who owns projects.

Can we override date when adding an update(In case we don't get a chance to update Redmine the same day as the work is done).

Ordering the activity view (other than by date) is not possible in current Redmine. However, you can get an activity view for only a specific user. For this, go to the users profile page and click on the activity header link on the right or simply pass the user_id=userid parameter to the activity view URL's (both /activity and /projects/projectid/activity).

This is not possible.
