Problem with eca_r90p

Hi
I have a question about how calculated eca r90p
when I wrote this command (with 2 files to input)
I saw this message "cdo eca_r90p (Abort): Input streams have different number of time steps!"

The files to input it was a daily precipitation file and file_90pctl , which I had calculated whit timpctl,90.
