New attribution plz

I`m a Redmine user in Korea.

Actually, Asian writes their name like [Last name] + [First Name].

If setting redmine in Asian languages ( Korean, Japanese etc.. ),

showing their last name in front of first name will be better. I think.

I get your point.
If all your users are Korean, you can change the display of all the user names in the settings.
