How to Create a Role for user to see only projects assigned to him

I want to create a Role for My clients, who can view their projects and report issues. But only and only project assigned to them. Right now I have created a role client which is not working properly. Plz refer screenshot and tell me what I am doing wrong in that.

By default only the administrator can see all projects.
Project participants can see every project they are part of...
