How to import/update issues from csv file - Redmine

How to import/update issues from csv file

Hi Expert,

I am a newbie for redmine, but I love this product since 
it is very user friendly and be with full functionality. 
but I wonder if I can import issues by .csv file and also 
if the csv file contains existing one then the coresponding 
issues in redmine will be updated too.

Any suggestion? (I am using latest version 2.4.4 on win7)
