Role : issue visibility by group

Hello,

I suggest a new choice for the issues visibility (role part) : to a group.

In a project I could see all issues from the members of my group (and not from another group).

Issues visibility :
- All issues
- All no private issues
- Issues created or assigned to the user
- Issues created or assigned to the group (= all users from a group)

What is your opinion ?

Hello,

I suggest this new feature to avoid to create a project per group.

Actually:
- All projects
-- Project team A
-- Project team B
-- Project team C
-- Project team ...
-> A project per group

With the feature:
- A global project
-> A project for all groups, but issues visibility per group

Second that vote!

Large development organizations need to be able to limit visibility within a global project by group.

Any updates, or status?

Old issue, but I found a solution to this.. See patch #16195-6
Works under Redmine 3.3.1
