Clarification about use of Redmine

Goodmorning,
I'd like to have some clarifications about the use of redmine.

Based on its license (the GPL one), could it be possible to sell a bug-tracking service based on redmine ? We would sell the hosting of the service, not redmine.

Yes, just like other companies already do.

I suggest you read http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html which is a good starting point for GPL-related questions.
