Redmine and russian files (git)

Hi all!

I'm sory, my english bad

I have a problem accessing files GIT by redmine if git-file have russian symbols.

Other files by english name is open

if files have russian symbols relink to

I tried all encodings , this problem is no fix... (((

How can i fix it?
