How to update redmine 2.6 to redmine 3.0

I have a server runing redmine 2.6 with ruby2.0,rails3 and mysql 5.1
i need update redmine 2.6 to redmine 3.0,
is that possible to keep the data and images and how to do ?

Have you read the Upgrade guide and Requirements in the Wiki?
Have you tried to upgrade, what is your's exact question/issue?
