Enable perforce integration

Is there anyone who did this before on Redmine?

If I am going to develop a patch or plugin on this, it would be appreciated if senior guys could provide some guidance on this...

I tried a patch here:

This patch worked for some things, but a few things are broken. Many of the diff views seem broken. If I were you I would start with that patch -- it is very close to being done but just a few things don't work.
