Redmine

2 hours ago I stopped the whole processes of redmine to backup data,when I finished it,I began to start the whole processes.
But I found I could not connect to redmine server then I found the redmineThin1 and redmineThin2 processes could not start.It was very strange.During this time I did not change anything.My redmine version is bitnami-redmine-3.0.1-0 for windows.Please told me how can I fix this problem,thanks a lot.
