Redmine description field not wrapping on issue display

I installed redmine, below is the information about it.

Environment:
  Redmine version                3.0.4.stable
  Ruby version                   2.0.0-p645 (2015-04-13) [i386-mingw32]
  Rails version                  4.2.3
  Environment                    production
  Database adapter               Mysql2
SCM:
  Subversion                     1.8.11
  Git                            1.9.5
  Filesystem                     
Redmine plugins:
  csv_import_issues              0.0.2
  redmine_ckeditor               1.1.0
  redmine_importer               1.0
  scrum                          0.11.1

The description field is not getting wrapped in boundary on issue view. Is it issue due to CKEditor?
