Can't see API key in my account

Hi,
I've made 2 installs of Redmine so far. In the first one I can see access Key in my account in the second install I can't and I can't figure out why is this happening.
Can API be enabled and disabled or something like that. Can someone pint me out why I can't see the link to show the API key in my second install?

Maybe you haven't enabled the REST interface?
I have a German installation, maybe my translation isn't correct:
Administration -> Configuration -> Authentication -> "REST interface"

this was the cause. Obviously I didn't RTFM :(
