Move Redmine from Windows Server 2008 IIS 7 to Windows 2012R2 IIS 8.5 but doesn't work

Hello Everybody,
at the first: i'm a newbie in Ruby and Redmine and have no experience to configure the System on an Windows Server running in IIS 8.0.

But here is my Problem:
I have to move a existing and good running Redmine Configuration from an Windows Server 2008 IIS 7.0 to an new installed Windows Server 2012R2 with IIS 8.5.
The Database is running on a separate Server with MS SQL and all works fine.

Now some questions:

1.) what Software or components must be installed on the new Server to run Redmine basicly
2.) what Configuration must i do to run Redmine with the existing Database Server

Please can you give me an step by step instruction to solve my big Problem?

The problem is solved... Google found a solution after a long time ;-)
