I have used the Redmine charts plugin, which uses Open Flash chart plugin so both needs to be installed in to your plugin/vendor dir with following dir name
redmine_charts and open_flash_chart.

you can download the source for both the plugin from the below url:

On restarting the server you can view the installed plugin appears in your Admin/plugin screen.plz refer the attached screen shot. Also you can enable it from your projects/setting -> modules tab ,check the Charts option and you can see the chart tab appearing in your projects tab.(refer screen shot).
Please note that the internationalization fails for me currently , if for you it does'nt fail then plz do reply. Also I have not been able to generate the charts yet if you have success in doing that then plx share your config settings for redmine charts.

we are still exploring on the redmine tool. As one of our requirement is to add some customized charts i have posted this query.But anyways i will try to send you some information,when we work on Proof of Concept.
