I've seen similar questions but I'm still confused: what happens if the user didn't not assign category and user to an issue? Right now - it just keeps sitting ther until I notice it. Is there a way to assign a default user who is going to get assigned to issues if they are not selected? Alternatively can assigned-to field and category-field be mandatory?
