Moving a project into a new installation

I have a redmine (2.4.1) installation with mysql where I have a lot of projects. I have a second redmine installation on another server running a newer version of redmine with postgresql.

In the old redmine installation I have a project which I wish to move into the newer installation, I only care for the wiki entries and the tickets.

What would be the best solution for this task?

I am about doing the same. Do you have any updates on it?

In my case I am even thinking of switching away from Ubuntu (redmine is ubuntu managed) to CentOS with a new install and a self managed redmine
