Cannot add new issues

I just installed Redmine on RHEL 7.5 and it seems to be working great. I created a project and then created a role for that project. I have LDAP working and have a user account assigned to that role. This role is set up to allow anyone in the role to add new issues.

However, when I log in as that user , I can't see the ability to add a new issue to that project. I am attaching a screen shot in hopes that will help. Please let me know what other information I can provide to help.

Hallo Harry,

are there any trackers (Bug,Todo,Feature) enabled in the project settings?

That was the issue. I didn't have any of those configured yet. Didn't see anywhere where that was required. No big deal, seems to be working well now. Thanks for the help!
