it possible to add group as a watcher Redmine 3.4.4 stable?

I found some plugins, but none is compatible with this version of redmine 3.4.4 stable. Can someone help me?

Hi cleber souza, the plugin you mentioned takes 100% CPU when displaying the issue with groups watchers.
