Rails application failed to start properly

After all my work on redmine setup I found that my application has a problem with the start of rails. message displayed is Rails application failed to start properly
Can anybody help me

Yes - I get the exact same thing. Several different installation do the same thing. It works for a bit, and then at some point, when you try to look at SVN from inside redmine, you get "Rails application failed to start properly".
SVN access is still working very happy, but no working inside redmine at all. Nothing helps. Restart, reinstall. Sometimes deleting and remaking project will work, but usually not.

We have seen this on a private projects repository when using passenger. What was happening for us was apache+svn were running as www-data and passenger was running as admin. Thus when a private repo got created by repoman it was 770 www-data:root so redmine couldn't read the svn repository.

In my research I found that this message gets displayed due to the following reasons in the URL:
But, all the conditions are satisfied in my application. I even got all the 44 tables required for my database. Still I face the same problem.
Please guide me.
