From my understanding redmine is bug tracking system, but is there any project management tool(Task creation & allocation, user data, user timesheet, project timesheet and expected & estimated time calculation) is available on redmine. Kindly let me know.

Hallo Ramona,
welcome to the Redmine community!
Redmine itself is an issue based project management tool which can be used as a bug tracking system.
In Redmine you can create different kind of issues called "trackers". You can have a tracker for bugs, one for todos, and another one for info points and many more if you like.
Every tracker can have its own workflow and fields. There are some places in Redmine which are a bit "software development centric" (e.g. the Roadmap collects issues in versions) but it's effectively up to you, how to use Redmine.
It offers time estimation calculations, the creation of subtasks, a gantt view, time tracking, and much more.
I would recommend you to try the Demo at http://demo.redmine.org or for the whole experience visit http://m.redmine.org to get a private instance of Redmine to test the administration part.
Redmine.org is only the project homepage and not a SaaS offering so you have to host the software by yourself or a Redmine hoster like RedmineUP, Alphanodes, or Planio.
Feel free to ask if you have further questions. ;-)
Kind regards,
Bernhard
