how to config News section not to be seen by some specific users

I want to publish some news in a specific project. But in some cases I do not want someone to see this News.
Could you help me to config the news or project access.

It depends on which version of Redmine you have in production.
A role based permission to view news was introduced in the 3.4.0 release.
