Forums watch list

Hello

Is it possible for me to force users to be watchers of forums, this is the primary way I want to communitate with certain clients, however they don't get notifications until they choose to "Watch" the forum.

The ability for admins/managers to see, add, and remove watchers from forums and threads would be very helpful.

Adding watchers to forums and threads would indeed be very helpful for client communication.

Example: When we create new designs for an application or website, we want to discuss the screenshots with the client(s) in a forum thread. Without the possibility to add the client-users as watchers, we have to e-mail them the link to the new thread...

I have created small plugin to allow users with corresponding rights manage forums watchers list. Please get it here:

Wow! This is great, thanks Vitaly!

The plugin needs some polishing (or some CSS handywork for my own theme), but works as expected.
Implemented in test and production system, if I find any bugs I will report them in the other thread (http://www.redmine.org/boards/3/topics/16247).
