I config redmine get mail 365 but it isn't worrking

Dear all,

Please help me! my system email just change to mail 365 (Microsoft), I change the content configuration.xml but it isn't working

Hi

I would advise you remove the visible username & password you have attached to this discussion in the configuration.yml - you should also now change the password for the account as you have now made it visible to the public domain.

In relation to the issue there are a number of things you can check.

1. Is the account used allowed to relay mail to O365 - has it got the correct permissions in O365?
2. Is the network port open from your redminde device to O365 - you specified port 587 in the configuration so that needs to be open between Redmine and O365

Also instead of using smtp.office365.com try using your own mx connector = idp-vn.mail.protection.outlook.com
