As many users have pointed out, an open issue for Redmine is that you cannot have a different workflow for different projects. The best current workaround is to use different roles, or use #20384 (which adds "Workspaces" and seems like the best & most developed idea on this subject).

There have been steps taken very soon in Redmine's existence (#973, #1853) in that direction, but those have seemingly been abandoned despite the fact that they would be hugely beneficial for scaling.

How can we bring this issue to the forefront of the planned features ?
