Exporting RoadMap into a CSV/PDF file

Added by Alex Torres 5 months ago

Hi,

Ideally, I would like to have a CSV file that contain the roadmaps for each subproject that is part of a family.

Each subproject I can manually download a csv of the issues, but I would manually need to do this for all subprojects in the family. Additionally, I would need to manually inspect each issue and put them into their respective roadmap (on a excel sheet).

Does anyone have suggestions how I can possibly automate this task?

Hello,

One option you can try is the integration between Better PDF Exporter and Advanced Roadmaps, which allows you to export your roadmaps into customizable PDF documents. You can learn how to do this in 3 steps.

Another option you can try is to use the Advanced Roadmaps plan macro for Confluence, which automatically updates your roadmap whenever you save your changes. You can embed your roadmap on a Confluence page by generating a link from your plan and inserting the macro on the page.

A third option you can try is to use the Share as function in your plan, which lets you export your data to a CSV file based on the current filters and hierarchy range applied to the plan. You can select Share as in the upper right corner, then choose CSV.

I hope these suggestions are helpful for you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
