Redmine

I am using redmine 5.0.3 as a docker image on linux ubuntu machine. after i upgraded to the latest redmine docker image (5.1.2) I found that issues filters don't work for example when I choose to filter by assignee I can get the first drop downlist of operators but the secondary dropdownlist which displays the users to select from them don't appear when I tried to check the console for the request I found filter call returns a list of my users but this list doesn't display in the UI. I tried to install a clean installation without any external addons (Plugins or themes) but I found the same issue. is this an intended behavior change or there is anything I am missing
