cdo merge/cat unable to merge numbered files correctly

Hi all,

I produced a dataset that has thousands of numbered files stored as "0_*_data.nc".These files do not have coordinate or time dimension information. I have tried to join these files using "merge" and "cat" functions, but the operation does not do this correctly after o_0999_data.nc. It begins to mix-up the 0_*****.nc with o_****.nc (I've attached a highlighted screenshot for your reference). Please advise on how I can fix this. Thank you.

Your post does not seem to be related to Redmine at all. You likely want to ask your question on a different website instead (which may very well also use Redmine).

In any case, I'm afraid we can't help you with your question here.
