redmineThin1 (managed by WinServ) Service not started

When I upgraded the plugin, this service couldn't start anymore
What is the reason?
How to solve it?

What plugin did you update?

In any case, to check for any reasons,m havce a look into the service logs (with windows services, probably in the Windows event log) as well as Redmine's log file at log\production.log in Redmine's directory.
